Roger: Roger has been with our team for over 18years! If you have ever had him sketch out a design for you, you're already aware of his creative talent. With a background in both management and accounting, we consider Roger an integral part of the Custom Jeweler's team.

Jenny: Jenny has been with us for a relatively short time, but we find it hard to imagine how we functioned before she arrived! Her consistent positive attitude can't be matched and she puts her all into each and every day!

Alan: Alan has been with us since the original location near the old Cotton Mill Square. He is among the most skilled master jewelers on the East Coast, having learned through apprenticeship many years ago. Having set everything from a 15ct. diamond to a gall stone ( yes, you read that right ), Alan's talent with jewelry is almost uncanny.

Donna: Donna isn't just the matriarch of all three jewelry stores, she is also the matriarch of the family! Donna was right beside Richard when the business began but she isn't quite ready to retire as Richard did in the summer of 2005. She keeps everyone on their toes and is the true heart of the business.

Ny: Ny is the master jeweler at our Battleground location and his enthusiasm for his craft easily rubs off on his co-workers. His passion for jewelry and a job well done has made him a valued member of our team. You can be assured that the care he takes in setting a valuable diamond is also the same level of care he takes in repairing your heirloom piece of costume jewelry.

Mirinda: Mirinda joined the team at our Battleground store in the summer of 2004. Don't let her young age fool you - Mirinda was raised with family in the jewelry business so she has an impressive knowledge of the many aspects of jewelry and jewelry making. Thorough and efficient, Mirinda is an integral part of our team.

Rod: Rod joined us in 2002 and has seamlessly fit in with our team. His focus on doing any job thoroughly is evident in everything, from how he sets up the showcases each morning, to the time and care he takes in helping his customers. The perfect gentleman, he takes pride in a job well done. Rod was promoted to manager of the Battleground store in 2004!

Garry: Garry came to us in 1999 and quickly became one of our most requested salespeople. He manages to give 110% everyday he works and this contagious energy is what brings his customers back time and time again. If Garry is responsible for a specific task, you can be assured it will be a job well done.

Johnny: Johnny is our jeweler at the new Wendover store. He was apprenticed by his father and has a true passion for jewelry. Polite and modest, Johnny is a pleasure to work with each and every day.

Vicki: We were fortunate to have Vicki join our team almost 9 years ago. The only regret we have is that she hasn't been with us longer. Vicki's eye for detail and genuine love for jewelry make her one of the most passionate salespeople you will find. Having been born and raised in Hawaii, her love for beautiful things can easily be seen by those who work with her. Vicki takes her duty as manager of the Wendover store very seriously and her endless energy is remarkable.

James: James joined the Custom Jewelers team when our new Wendover store opened in 2005. Prompt and eager to learn, James has become a favorite of many of our customers!
